In her late 20’s, fresh out of college with four small children to feed, Lori turned to a corporate career to save the day. She worked tirelessly to climb the corporate ladder to find that safe spot in middle management, discovering much to her surprise that she was successful. Now in her 30” she also discovered she was a burned out, workaholic, perfectionist control freak, with no time for family, friends, or herself. Lori took advantage of a shift in management to walk away from it all and begin her search for her passion and purpose. This is when she discovered Life Coaching. As a professionally certified Life Coach Lori shares her passion for Extreme Self Care and Living your Passions, through her books and websites.
